Nominalizările la premiile Oscar 2015, cea de 87-a ediție a celor mai prestigioase premii din industria filmului, au fost anunţate joi, în cadrul unei ceremonii care a avut loc la Samuel Goldwyn Theatre din Beverly Hills.
Cele mai multe nominalizări le au „Birdman” și „The Grand Budapest Hotel”, ambele nominalizate la câte 9 categorii, printre care și „cel mai bun film”.
La categoria „cel mai bun film” nu există surprize foarte mari, poate doar apariția producției lui Clint Eastwood, „American Sniper”, care nu s-a regăsit printre nominalizările de la Globul de Aur.
De asemenea, surprinzătoare poate fi și apariția printre nominalizări a filmului „Whiplash”, care la fel, nu s-a regăsit printre nominalizările de la Globul de Aur.
În schimb Boyhood, care a câștigat Globul de Aur pentru cea mai bună dramă și Grand Budapest Hotel, câștigător la categoria comedie/musical, se află printre nominalizări.
Nu există surprize la categoria „cel mai bun actor”, acolo unde sunt nominalizați: Steve Carell pentru rolul din „Foxcatcher”, Bradley Cooper, pentru interpretarea din „American Sniper”, Benedict Cumberbatch, pentru „The Imitation Game”, Michael Keaton, pentru „Birdman” și Eddie Redmayne (câștigător deja al Globului de aur), pentru „The Theory of Everything”.
