Anunțul a fost făcut de către președintele interimar al PAS, Igor Grosu, după ce astăzi Parlamentul a votat o hotărâre privind anularea actului de numire a Domnicăi Manole în funcția de judecător al CCM și de reunoaștere a stării de „captivitate” a CCM.
„Se conturează tot mai clar o tentativă de lovitură asupra Curții Constituționale. Șor, Dodon, Plahotniuc au pus la cale atacul asupra CC. Ați văzut cu toții unul dintre primele atacuri asupra unui judecător al CC. Din informațiile noastre, ei vor continua acest lucru și în raport cu ceilalți judecători. Tot astăzi, probabil, vor încerca să desemneze un judecător al CC. nu m-aș mira dacă acest pretins judecător n-ar fi Vasile Bolea. Situația devine tot mai complicată. PSRM împreună cu ȘOR și deputații lui Plahotniuc, acest trio a orchestrat această lovitură pe care o dau ei astăzi. De aceea, mă adresez către toți cetățenii, cei care sunteți în Chișinău, cei care puteți – veniți în fața Curții Constituționale. Mergem cu toții la CC, apărăm această instituție și nu permitem lui Dodon, lui Voicu să încerce să forțeze intrarea în CC. Acum venim cu toții la CC.
