Din spusele tinerei, ea circulă des prin oraşele Moldovei, iar atunci când are locuri libere, foloseşte adeseori grupuri din reţelele sociale pentru a-şi găsi pasageri de ocazie, care ar avea nevoie să meargă în aceeaşi direcţie. Pe lângă amenda usturătoare, şoferiţa nu va putea exploata automobilul său jumătate de an.

La câteva ore distanţă, Mihai Bagas, iniţiatorul unuia din grupurile menţionate de şoferiţă, a făcut un LIVE referindu-se la această situaţie şi menţionând aspectele încălcării de lege de care pomenim mai sus. Pe scurt, legislaţia Moldovei permite luarea de pasageri de ocazie atât timp cât acest lucru se face gratuit.
